Ingredients

  • 2 medium sirloin steaks, bite-sized cubes
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/4 c. creamy hot sauce (we used Blue Top Buffalo Cayenne)
  • 4-6 small sweet potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • Drizzle of oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 6-8 c. Greens mixture

Directions

1. Preheat an oven to 420 degrees F.

2. On a parchment lined baking sheet add the cubed sweet potatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, and some salt & pepper. Roast in the oven, flipping half-way, for around 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

3. In a large bowl add the steak bites, a drizzle of olive oil, and some garlic powder with some salt & pepper. Mix well and transfer to an air fryer. Air fry for ~8 minutes and flip, cooking for another 6-8 minutes or until steak is at desired finished temp.

4. Transfer the cooked steak bites to a large bowl and add in your desired hot sauce. Stir to coat each piece.

5. Plate with sweet potatoes, the steak bites, and a few handfuls of greens. Enjoy this simple meal!
