The GOAT Chicken

1. Preheat an oven to 420 degrees F.
2. Make around 6-8 slices down the sides of the chicken breasts to create pockets to stuff with goat cheese and the thin slices of asparagus.
3. If you are using regular goat cheese, mix it together with the Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
4. Stuff each pocket with the goat cheese and asparagus slices.
5. Lightly drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
6. Bake for ~20 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees F. Let rest for 2 mins before serving.
7. Lightly drizzle with honey to serve!
