1. Using a small blender or immersion blender, blend up the dressing ingredients.
2. In a fry pan, over medium heat, add some olive oil, the bread cubes, a sprinkle of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss frequently to prevent burning. Fry until all sides of the bread are golden brown. Remove from heat to cool.
3. On a cutting board add the chicken, lettuce, parmesan cheese, and the dressing. Chop together with a large knife until all the flavours are incorporated together.
4. Add the chopped salad ingredients to a bowl with the croutons. Mix well.
5. Assemble two equal sized wraps, fold tightly and transfer to a fry pan to grill each four sides until golden brown. Enjoy!
