Ingredients

  • 1 pkg extra lean ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 lbs yellow mini potatoes, quartered
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp Clubhouse Cajun seasoning
  • 6-8 c. iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. yum yum sweet pickles
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Burglar Sauce

  • 1/3 c. half-fat mayo
  • 1/3 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. mustard
  • 2-3 Tbsp relish
  • Dash of mild hot sauce

Directions

1. Quarter the mini potatoes, and drizzle with olive oil and the Cajun seasoning. Air fry for ~20 minutes or until golden brown and soft in the middle. Alternatively bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

2. In a large skillet, fry up the ground beef until mostly cooked through. Add in the minced garlic with some salt and pepper. Cook until fully browned.

3. Mix together the Burglar sauce ingredients. Adjust for flavours as desired.

4. Plate with the Cajun potatoes, beef, veggies, pickles, cheddar cheese, and drizzle over your desired amount of Burglar sauce. Enjoy!
