1. Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Cut the chicken into 4 equal sized (and thickness) pieces. In a large bowl sprinkle over the paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and some salt & pepper. Mix in well and add more seasoning as desired.
3. In a large fry pan, over medium-high heat, fry each side of the chicken until golden brown, but not yet cooked all the way through. Remove from heat temporarily.
4. Add a bit of butter and the carrots & onions. Fry until starting to soften. Add in the garlic, thyme, bone broth, milk and bring to a simmer. Mix in about 1/4 of the cheddar cheese. Add the chicken back into the dish.
5. Add the chicken and veggie mixture to a large casserole dish. Stir in the dry orzo noodles. Make sure the chicken is spread out in the dish. Add in small dollops of the marinated artichoke hearts through the dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
6. Bake in the oven for ~15-20 mins until golden brown on top. Remove from heat and rest for a few minutes prior to eating! Enjoy!
