1. Bring a large pot to a boil, and cook the fresh or dried linguine noodles until are cooked el dente.
2. In a large frying pan, over medium heat, add the olive oil and the shrimp. Cook each side for around 1 minute until starting to get white.
3. Add the garlic and chopped spinach and continue cooking until the spinach cooks down.
4. Add the cooked linguine noodles, some butter, and mix everything together. Sprinkle the juice of a lemon around the whole pan.
5. Tope with shredded parmesan cheese and some fresh black pepper.
