1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken burger patty ingredients. Form into four equal sized chicken burgers.
2. Place the burgers in the air fryer (alternatively grill or pan fry), drizzle with a bit of olive oil, and cook for ~8-10 minutes. Flip and cook until the internal temperature of the burger is 165 degrees F.
3. Assemble the burgers with the roasted red pepper sauce, Tzatziki, the chicken burger, and a few pieces of lettuce. Enjoy with
some munching veggies or a sides salad!
