1. In small bowl combine the marinade ingredients. Transfer to a larger bowl or zip lock with the pork tenderloin chunks and let marinade for 1+ hours.
2. Put pork tenderloin chunks on skewers and grill over medium heat until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees F.
3. Cook orzo noodles according to package directions.
4. Combine all of the vegetables, the orzo noodles, feta, and the Greek dressing in a large bowl.
5. Plate with the Greek Orzo Salad, pork, and add a dollop of Tzatziki!
