Sizzlin’ Orange Chicken Breasts

1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and coat with around 1 tsp of corn starch and mix well. This will absorb moister and allow the chicken breasts to brown up nicely when fried.
2. In a large fry pan, over medium-to-high heat, add a bit of olive oil and fry the chicken until golden brown.
3. In a small mason jar or bowl, combine the zest of about 1/4 of the orange, the juice of the full orange, the vinegar, tamari, ginger, and garlic. Stir well.
4. In a small cup mix together the 1/2- 1 tsp of corn starch with just a bit of water to make a “corn-starch slurry.” Add this to the orange mixture and stir it in.
5. Add the sizzlin’ orange mixture to the pan and cook for a few minutes to warm and add flavour to the chicken.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy – great with rice or quinoa and some cooked veggies like green beans!
