  • 2-3 sirloin steaks (~15 oz), cubed

Rosemary Balsamic Marinade

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp high quality balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

1. Marinate the cubed steak chunks for at least one hour prior to assembling skewers.

2. Grill on medium heat, rotating often, until the steak reaches desired steak finish.

3. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
