Optional: top with a bit of whip cream or cool whip with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice

Directions
In a large bowl combine the eggs, milk, vanilla, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and a pinch of salt. Stir very well to incorporate the pumpkin puree.
Dip the bread in the pumpkin mixture and then transfer to a griddle or fry pan.
Cook until golden brown on each side. Optionally top with some whip cream and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice and serve with either regular or reduced sugar syrup. Enjoy!
