Base Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop whey (12 g pro)
  • 0.5-1 Tbsp sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or coconut sugar, or brown sugar)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • ~1/2 – 3/4 c. Fairlife milk

 

Customized Ingredients

Double Choco – add:

  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tsp shredded milk or dark chocolate (or chips)
  • (use honey or maple syrup)

Toasted Coconut Cashew – add:

  • 1 Tbsp toasted coconut
  • 1 tsp chopped cashews
  • (use coconut sugar)

Cinnybun – add:

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • (use brown sugar or maple syrup)

Crunchy PB

  • 2 Tbsp PB2 powder (powdered peanut butter)
  • 1 tsp chopped peanuts
  • (use honey or maple syrup)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mason jar, shake well, and refrigerate
overnight.
