  • 1 small package instant pudding (pistachio or any other desired flavour)
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein
  • 2.5 c. 2% Fairlife milk

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir well for 1-2 minutes making sure to eliminate all clumps.
2. Transfer to smaller serving bowls and refrigerate for ~10-15 minutes before serving. This is great to make before you head out for a workout!
