Moroccan Steak Kabobbies
1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed steak pieces with a bit of olive oil and the Moroccan seasoning mix.
2. In a small blender, combine the minty yogurt sauce ingredients and blend until smooth. Add a bit of water as needed. Taste and adjust for flavours as desired.
3. Assemble the steak kabobs with the steak cubes and alternating between a slice of red onion and bell peppers that are about the size of the steak cubes.
4. Grill over medium heat until the steak is done to desired finish. Rest for a few minutes. Enjoy!
