1 Make the rice as per package directions.
2. In a large fry pan, add a bit of olive oil and fry the sirloin steak until cooked to desired finish. Let cool and chop into bite sized pieces.
3. In the same pan add the vegetables and cook until they just start to soften.
4. Add the cooked rice to the pan, return the steak bites, and stir in the kimchi, chili garlic paste, and a bit of sesame oil. Fry together for a few minutes until all of the flavours are incorporated. Taste and adjust flavours, adding in more chili garlic paste, sesame oil, or a bit of juice from the kimchi. Enjoy!
