1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add a bit of oil and then the onions. Sauté until starting to soften.
2. Add the ground beef and fry until just starting to brown up. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Set the Instant Pot to manual for 12 minutes.
4. Once the pressure is released stir and adjust for flavours with the apple cider vinegar, honey, sriracha, and/or soy sauce.
5. Serve over rice (not included in macro info above), optionally garnish with some fresh parsley & enjoy – great for meal prep!
