2. Add all desired granola ingredients in a bowl – oats, nuts/seeds, and dried fruit.
3. Warm coconut oil until liquid, add to the bowl of granola with the maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.
4. Spread out the granola on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes, flip around the mixture, and then bake for another 7 minutes. Remove and cool.
5. Enjoy with some high protein yogurt for a snack, post workout, or quick breakfast!
