1.Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. Add the vanilla to 1 cup of Greek yogurt, stir, and add into the flour mixture. Form into a ball and let sit for a 5-10 minutes.
4. Lightly flour a surface and rolling pin, and roll out the dough until it is flat. Spread out the cinny bun filling and roll together. Cut into 8 equal sized cinny bunz.
5. Add the cinny bunz to a lined baking sheet and lightly drizzle some milk over the top of each one.
6. Bake for ~13-15 minutes, remove and let cool for 1-2 minutes before serving!
