1. Prepare all ingredients for the omelette and have them ready to go by the stove top.
2. In a medium size fry pan, over medium heat, add butter into the pan and then the whisked eggs. Push the cooked portion of egg towards the center of the pan and let the liquid continuously touch the fry pan until it is about 75-80% cooked through. Make sure the burner is not on too high.
3. Add the veggies and cheese. Start to roll or fold over into three turns. The eggs will continue to cook when you fold it over. Remove from heat and serve.
4. Customize this recipe in any way: another example could be using mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
