1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, fry the chicken until mostly cooked through. Remove temporarily.
2. Add a bit of oil to the pan and add the zucchini, steamed green beans (we did in the microwave bag), and the red onion. Fry until the veggies just start to get soft.
3. Add in the garlic, orzo noodles, chicken bone broth, a bit of fresh dill, and some salt and pepper. Bring to a light simmer, and cover for ~ 8 minutes or until the orzo noodles are el dente.
4. Add in the cream (or milk), parmesan cheese, the diced red pepper, some white wine vinegar, and a bit more fresh dill, salt and pepper. Mix it together and let it continue to cook for just a few more minutes.
5. Remove from heat & enjoy!
