In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients and mix well.
In a separate bowl combine the wet ingredients and gradually pour into the dry ingredients to form the dough. It should have a consistency similar to putting icing through a piping bag, so add more milk as needed.
Transfer the dough to a large zip lock bag, cut off the tip, and form the donut in a silicone donut pan.
Bake in the oven for ~ 8 minutes.
Add the chocolate chips and a bit of coconut oil to a small bowl. Warm in the microwave until the chocolate chips are melted.
Dip the donuts in the chocolate or drizzle it over the top.
Sprinkle each donut with some toasted coconut and some sea salt. Enjoy!
