Chipotle Mango Beef Bowl

Recipe Makes 4 Servings. Each Serving Is:










  • 600 g extra lean ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp pureed ginger
  • 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1.5 c. uncooked basmati rice
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 c. Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 2 c. red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 c. carrots, shredded
  • Optional garnishes: lime wedge, sesame seeds, and sliced green onion

Chipotle Mango Mayo

  • 1/2 c. half-fat mayo
  • 1 chipotle pepper + 2 Tbsp adobo sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Clubhouse Chipotle Mango seasoning


1. Cook the rice as per package directions.

2. In a large pan over medium heat, fry the ground beef until mostly cooked through. Combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and sesame oil in a small bowl or jar. Combine well and add to the beef. Let the beef fry in the sauce for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.

3. In the same pan add the Brussels sprouts and sautee for around 3-4 minutes until they soften. Add the cabbage and carrots and continue to saute until soft to eat.

4. Combine the chipotle mayo ingredients in a bowl or a blender. Combine until smooth.

5. Plate with rice, veggies, and beef, top with the mayo and garnish with a lime wedge, sesame seeds, and green onions!
