1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Cut the salmon or steelhead trout into equal sized pieces. Add in the chili lime glaze ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a lined baking sheet and bake for ~12-15 minutes or until the internal temp reads 145 degrees F.
3. Cook 1 c. of basmati rice as per package directions. When the rice is just finishing up, add the remaining ingredients for the cilantro lime rice. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
4. Plate with rice and the chili lime salmon chunks. Top with a bit of fresh chopped cilantro. Pair this with a salad or cooked vegetable on the side to create a nice balanced meal!
