1. Combine the chicken burger patty ingredients. Form into four equal-sized chicken burgers.
2. Place the burgers in the air fryer (alternatively grill or pan fry), drizzle with olive oil, and cook for ~8-10 minutes. Flip and cook until the internal temperature of the burger is 165 degrees F.
3. Add the minty feta whip ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
4. Assemble the burgers by warming the naan, folding it over with a chicken patty, some greens, sliced red onion, and drizzling on some minty feta whip. Add more minty feta whip to a dipping bowl too! For a balanced meal combine a burger with a side salad or some munching veggies. Enjoy!
