  • 12 oz. chicken breast meat, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp half fat mayo
  • 1 Tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped fine
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 4 thin cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 c. alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 c. bread & butter pickles
  • Regular Mustard
  • 8 slices squirrely sprouted Grain Bread

Directions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, mayo, grainy Dijon, dill, green onions, and bell pepper.
  2. Assemble sandwich with items listed or any others you have in mind – get creative!
