3 Tbsp half fat mayo
1 Tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
1.5 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped fine
2 green onions, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
4 thin cheddar cheese slices
1 c. alfalfa sprouts
1/4 c. bread & butter pickles
Regular Mustard
8 slices squirrely sprouted Grain Bread
Directions
In a medium sized bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, mayo, grainy Dijon, dill, green onions, and bell pepper.
