1-2 Tbsp of cheddar & skim mozzarella mix, shredded
1 tsp butter
Directions
1. In a small bowl combine the chopped chicken, hot sauce, mayo, and a bit of Greek yogurt. Add a bit of salt & pepper and mix to combine.
2. Lightly butter the outside of each side of the bread. Add the buff chick mixture to the sandwhich with a bit of shredded cheddar and skim mozzarella.
3. Fry until golden brown on each side. Enjoy with some soup, a salad, or some munching veggies!
