Buff Chick Grilled Cheese

  • 2 slices, Silver Hills Squirrely bread
  • 2-3 oz. cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1-2 Tbsp Franks red hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp half-fat mayo
  • 1 tsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 Tbsp of cheddar & skim mozzarella mix, shredded
  • 1 tsp butter

Directions

1. In a small bowl combine the chopped chicken, hot sauce, mayo, and a bit of Greek yogurt. Add a bit of salt & pepper and mix to combine.

2. Lightly butter the outside of each side of the bread. Add the buff chick mixture to the sandwhich with a bit of shredded cheddar and skim mozzarella.

3. Fry until golden brown on each side. Enjoy with some soup, a salad, or some munching veggies!
